Human review method

A Norraz reviewer remains responsible for the delivered output.

AI may assist with organization, comparison, summarization and drafting. It does not independently approve, sign off or deliver a Trigger Check or Decision Review.

Substantive review occurs before delivery.

01

Scope

Confirm the decision, owner, timing, output and material that may be used.

02

Separate

Keep facts, assumptions, evidence gaps and uncertainty distinguishable.

03

Challenge

Test reasoning, risk, reversibility, dependencies and unsupported claims.

04

Review

A Norraz reviewer substantively reviews the proposed output and limitations.

05

Approve

The reviewer approves, revises or rejects the output before delivery.

Assistance is conditional on approved data handling.

Identifiable, confidential or sensitive customer data must not be processed through personal, consumer or otherwise unapproved AI services.

Customer-data processing through AI services is permitted only after Norraz has verified the applicable contractual, privacy, retention, training-use, transfer or residency configuration and minimum-data controls. No such configuration is currently approved.

Human review is a control, not a guarantee.

A reviewer can challenge structure and evidence, but cannot make incomplete inputs complete or remove uncertainty. The customer remains responsible for accountable management judgement and professional advice required by the decision.

Norraz uses the term Norraz reviewer, not qualified reviewer, because no public reviewer certification or qualification standard has been established.
