Decision Review separates facts from assumptions, identifies evidence gaps and uncertainty, and makes risk, reversibility, governance, and recommended action explicit for human review.
Buyer problem
The decision is moving, but its basis is not review-ready.
Decision Review is intended for industrial decisions where a boundary alone is not enough: material evidence is incomplete, assumptions are carrying the recommendation, ownership is unclear, or the cost of reversal is increasing.
The objective is not more analysis. It is a reviewable decision record that shows what is known, what remains uncertain, and what action is justified now.

Security and privacy boundary
The working review remains private.
The public website does not read private Decision Review records. Customer inputs, research, evidence gaps, working assumptions, reviewer notes, AI-review data, internal scores, and internal identifiers are excluded from public access.
Publication is separate and optional. A review appears publicly only after human approval, the existing publication eligibility controls, an explicit Publish action, and creation of a sanitized public snapshot containing allowlisted fields. Client-related publication also requires authorization.
Do not send sensitive internal data in the first contact. Scope, handling requirements and approved providers must be agreed before detailed material is provided.
Commercial process
Request first. Scope and proposal before work.
Decision Review is not available through direct checkout during Beta. Norraz first reviews fit, scope, complexity, information completeness and current delivery capacity.
If the request fits, the proposal states the price, delivery timing, required information and deliverables. Work begins only after the customer accepts that proposal.
No fixed public price or fixed delivery-time claim applies to Decision Review.
Limitations
Decision support, not delegated authority.
Decision Review does not approve a project, guarantee an outcome, replace accountable management judgement, or provide legal, financial, engineering-certification, safety, or contractual advice.
Its usefulness depends on the quality and completeness of the available evidence. Unknowns and evidence gaps remain explicit rather than being presented as certainty.
