Terms for the current B2B Trigger Check launch.

1. Supplier

Norraz is operated by LingMa Konsult AB, organisation number 559087-3104, VAT number SE559087310401, Box 40008, 974 21 Luleå, Sweden. General contact: admin@norraz.se.

2. Trigger Check offer

Trigger Check is available to business customers only. It covers one decision and produces a written boundary, proposed action, owner, review forum and next step. The public price is SEK 9,500 plus applicable VAT.

Delivery is within one business day only after payment is confirmed and required information is sufficiently complete. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding Swedish public holidays, using Europe/Stockholm time. Beta capacity is one active paid-and-complete Trigger Check at a time and intake may be paused.

3. Decision Review Beta

Decision Review is request-first. Norraz assesses fit, scope, complexity, information completeness and capacity, then provides a proposal stating price, timing and deliverables. No public fixed price or fixed delivery time is promised.

4. Customer information and review

The customer must provide accurate, lawful and sufficiently complete information and must not use the public form for sensitive or confidential material. Every paid output receives substantive human review and final approval by a Norraz reviewer before delivery.

5. Limitations

Norraz provides decision support. It does not authorize a project, guarantee an outcome or replace management responsibility, legal advice, financial advice, engineering certification, safety assessment or contractual advice.

6. Payment confirmation

The Stripe-hosted success page or browser redirect is not payment confirmation. Norraz treats payment as confirmed only after its server receives and verifies the signed Stripe webhook for the approved Trigger Check payment link.

7. Cancellation and refund principles

• If Norraz cannot complete an accepted service, the customer must be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
• If cancellation occurs after substantive work begins but before completion, Norraz may retain a reasonable amount for completed work and refund the balance.
• The calculation method remains subject to final legal review.

8. Consumer purchasing

Consumer purchasing is not available in this launch. Norraz does not represent Swedish consumer-law review as complete.

9. Publication

Private work is not automatically public. Any client-related Published Review requires separate authorization, an eligible sanitized snapshot and the existing explicit publication action. A withdrawal request is handled through the publication-withdrawal procedure.

10. Privacy and AI

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice. Identifiable, confidential or sensitive customer data is not approved for unverified or otherwise unapproved AI-service configurations.

11. Complaints, governing terms and final review

Questions and complaints should be sent to admin@norraz.se. Governing-law, dispute, cancellation, refund and VAT wording remains subject to final legal review for the B2B service.
